By using CrewOne, you agree to these terms. CrewOne is operated by Way Directs (sole proprietor, Taiwan).
1. Service Description
CrewOne is an AI-powered pre-production tool that generates production documents from your scripts, including scene breakdowns, storyboard prompts, location scouting advice, call sheets, and budget estimates.
2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
ALL output from CrewOne is generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude API) and is provided for reference only. It does NOT constitute professional advice. Budget estimates are approximations based on AI analysis. You must verify all figures independently before making any financial decisions. CrewOne does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content, including but not limited to budget numbers, shooting schedules, location assessments, or equipment recommendations.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must own or have the rights to any scripts you upload. - You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated output before acting on it. - You must not use CrewOne for any illegal purpose.
4. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of all scripts and content you upload. - AI-generated output may not be eligible for copyright protection under current law. However, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use all AI-generated output from CrewOne for any purpose. - The CrewOne brand, interface, and service are the property of Way Directs.
5. Limitation of Liability
CrewOne and Way Directs are not liable for any decisions, losses, or damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated output. This includes, without limitation, budget overruns, scheduling conflicts, equipment choices, or location-related issues. Use all output at your own risk.
6. Subscriptions and Payment
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record, USA). - Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis until cancelled. - You can cancel anytime via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. - Unused credits may roll over, subject to a cap (e.g., up to 8 credits for Director plan). Credits beyond the cap are forfeited.
7. Refund Policy
Per the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act, you have a 7-day cooling-off period after purchase for digital services. - Within 7 days, if no credits have been used: full refund. - Within 7 days, if credits have been used: partial refund proportional to unused credits. - After 7 days: no refund. 8. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time. - We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. - Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed.
9. DMCA / Takedown
If you believe content on CrewOne infringes your copyright, contact tzipway@gmail.com with details of the alleged infringement. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CrewOne after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Taiwan.
