CrewOne is operated by Way Directs (sole proprietor, Taiwan). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Data We Collect
When you use CrewOne, we collect: - Email address (for authentication and communication) - Scripts you submit for processing (only the first 5,000 characters are stored in our database) - AI-generated production documents (scene breakdowns, budgets, storyboard prompts, etc.) - Client email addresses (when you use the Send to Client feature)
2. How We Use Your Data
- Scripts are sent to the Anthropic Claude API for AI processing. Anthropic does NOT use API data for model training. - Generation results are stored so you can access them later and share with clients. - Email addresses are used for authentication, sending login links, and notifying clients.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored in Supabase, hosted in the Tokyo (ap-northeast-1) region. We retain your data until you delete your account.
4. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is based in the USA. We do not store your credit card information directly — Lemon Squeezy handles all payment data.
5. Cookies
We use only essential authentication cookies (Supabase session tokens). We do not use analytics tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
6. Third-Party Processors
We share data with the following processors as necessary to provide the service: - Anthropic (USA) — AI processing of scripts - Supabase (Tokyo, Japan) — database and authentication - Vercel (global CDN, USA-based) — hosting - Lemon Squeezy (USA) — payment processing
7. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to: Japan (Supabase), USA (Anthropic, Vercel, Lemon Squeezy). By using CrewOne, you consent to these transfers.
8. No Analytics or Advertising
We do not use any analytics tracking services. We do not serve advertisements. We do not sell your data to third parties.
9. Your Rights
